While editing the Workflow, it is possible to make it so that Users will receive an email when changes are made. 

Procedure

  1. Click on the Modules tab the Modules tab in the upper left of the screen. 
  2. Click on the name of the Module containing the workflow you wish Users to receive email notifications for. 
  3. Click on the Workflows tabthe Workflows tab
  4. Click on the name of the Workflow you wish to modify. Click Next
  5. Click Next.
  6. This should take you to a page titled "Process Flow - Step". 
  7. Click on either the Internal Name or Pencil icon of the state wish to rename. 
  8. Change the value shown in the Display name Name field. 
  9. Press OKSelect OK
  10. Press Save Select Save and navigate back to the tab for the related module.
  11. Any existing requests visible in the grid should now reflect the new name in the state field.
