Procedure

  1. Click on the life preserver icon  Life Preserver icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. 
  2. Select the issue type that is appropriate to your issue. 
  3. Fill in the Summary, Description and/or Attachment fields with information about the issue.
  4. Press Create
