The method for requesting an enhancement to Hotline is built into the product itself. Alternatively, suggestions can be emailed to Support@stratawise.com.
Procedure
- Click on the life preserver Life Preserver icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Select Suggest Improvement.
- Fill in the Summary, Description, and/or Attachment fields with information about the issue.
- Press Create.
