- Click on the green Users tab in the upper left corner of the screen.
- Click on the Roles tab, which falls below the tabs at the top of the screen but above the Grid.
- Click the pencil Pencil icon to the right of the role you wish to modify.
- Modify the Name to change what a Role is called.
- Modify the description to reflect what you intend the Role to do.
Note that no changes made in the descriptions will directly impact a Role's Permissions. That can only be changed from within a specific Module. - Check Users in this role are the primary users if they are one of the main Users (have more authority).
- Press Ok.
- Refresh the page and look at the information now entered into the grid to ensure your changes have been made.
