Module administrators can upload a per-module template used when importing requests from an Excel file. This is the Excel file is downloadable by the user when they select View→Import Requests. Some administrators may find it helpful for proper field identification when generating a template to use View→Export to Excel then clearing the current requests from that document and be sure to "Save as" in the format .xlsx file type. Additionally you may selectively remove fields that aren't needed from this exported document before uploading, such as "State" or "ID" as these will be automatically defined upon import.
