Steps one and two are for regular users. Administrators should follow all steps. 

1. Select View→Reset View→Reset Layout; this clears any filters you may have personally set in the grid.
2. If this did not help, and you are an administrator, try the following:
   1. In the upper-right of the grid, click on .
   2. Select the option "Clear all filters."
   3. Again, click on and press "Save layout for 'ALL' Users."
