After creating a view (or for an existing view), you may wish to share it with other users. The steps below describe how to do this.
Step-by-step guide
- Go to Modules
- Click to edit the module for which you want to share a View
- Click the Permissions tab
- Click the pencil icon for Can View All
- Then in the dialog that opens listing the Views, check the View(s) you want that Role to have access to.
- Select the View or Views you want to share with that role.
- After you do this, users in the Roles you shared the views to will see the View you shared after refreshing their browser.
