After a user has been added directly or imported their information and role can still be modified. 

Procedure

  1. Click on the Users in the menu bar. 
  2. Scroll through the grid to decide which user's information you want to modify. 
  3. Select the Pencil icon to the right of this user's profile. 
  4. Modify the information in the dialog box that appears. 
  5. Press OK when you're done.
