How do I change the Auto Save Layout settings? Step-by-step guide

The new Stratawise UI automatically saves layouts when they are changed. This is different from the behavior in the classic UI which required a user to save the layout after any changes to the layout were made.

If a user decides not to have the layout saved automatically, they can change the behavior.

To change the Auto Save Layout setting,

1. Click on the ‘Profile’ link under the ‘User’ icon on the top right

2. A new page opens with the user’s settings

3. Scroll to the bottom section for ‘Settings’

4. Click on ‘Update Settings’ and change the check box for ‘Auto Save Layout’

5. Hit Save

*This will change the Auto Save Layout setting for the user across all modules.

• ·        For the changes to take effect in the browser, any open Stratawise page must be refreshed.

• ·        Once the setting is in effect, the new UI will no longer save the layout when changed.

• ·        The UI has a ‘Save’ button that lets the user easily save the Layout when needed.
