Hotline does not do__. How do I request it does this?

The method for requesting an enhancement to Hotline is built into the product itself.  Alternatively, suggestions can be emailed to Support@stratawise.com.

Procedure

  1. Click on the Life Preserver icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. 
  2. Select Suggest Improvement. 
  3. Fill in the Summary, Description, and/or Attachment fields with information about the issue.
  4. Press Create.
