The primary method for getting support on Hotline is built into the product itself.
Procedure
- Click on the life saverpreserver icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Enter a SubjectSelect the issue type that is appropriate to your issue.
- Chose the "I need help with Hotline" Topic.
- Enter your Message and/or Attach a file.
- Press SendFill in the Summary, Description and/or Attachment fields with information about the issue.
- Press Create.
