The primary method for getting support on Hotline is built into the product itself. 

Procedure

  1. Click on the life saver icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. 
  2. Enter a Subject. 
  3. Chose the "I need help with Hotline" Topic.
  4. Enter your Message and/or Attach a file.  
  5. Press Send
