Adding Columns
Sometimes not all columns are visible in the Grid. This will allow you to view any hidden columns. Once columns are selected users will have to option to create and save layouts.
Removing Columns
Sometimes not all columns are visible in the Grid. This will allow you to hide any hidden columns. Once columns are removed users will have to option to create and save layouts.
Moving Columns
Sometimes it is easier to view columns in a different layout. This feature allows you to move columns to the desired location. Once columns in the desired order, users will have to option to create and save layout.
Search
The Search feature allows users to search all columns ad fields for the desired term.
Filtering
Each column has the ability to be filtered using different methods. Each method is based on the format of the field. Users have the option to save a chosen filter by creating and saving layouts.
The filter pane can also be hidden if additional space in the grid is desired:
Sorting
Each column has the ability to be sorted in ascending or descending order. Users have the option to save a custom sort by creating and saving layouts.
Grouping
Each column has the ability to be grouped in a pivot format to assist with sorting. Users have the option to save a custom sort by creating and saving layouts.
Updating the Default Layout in Grid View
Admin Roles have the ability to save default views for all users.
Once you have the desired order of columns and filters in Grid View, select the 3 dots option in the toolbar
