No requests visible in grid.
Problem
No requests are visible in the grid when entries should be present.
Solution
One likely explanation is that there is a filter in place in the grid that you have not noticed, do the following to reset the grid filter.
Steps one and two are for regular users. Administrators should follow all steps.
- Select View→Reset Layout; this clears any filters you may have personally set in the grid.
- If this did not help, and you are an administrator, try the following:
- In the upper-right of the grid, click on .
- Select the option "Clear all filters."
- Again, click on and press "Save layout for 'ALL' Users."
