How can I save the grid layout?

Step-by-step guide

  1. Left click on the field you want to move in the grid.
  2. While holding the left mouse button drag the field to where you would like to move it to.
  3. You can also sort columns by clicking on the little arrow in the upper-right of each column head.
    1. It is possible to sort on multiple columns–to do so, click successively on the sort arrow and pick a sort order. You will see another tiny arrow show in the column header with a number indicating which order each column is within the overall sort.
    2. To remove a column from the sort, click again on the little arrow in the upper-right of the column head and select "Remove Sort".
  4. To filter the grid (for example, exclude Completed items from showing), click on the ellipses button that is immediately below the column name and select which items should show; or for fields that have an entry box for the filter, enter either a portion of the contents to match on or enter the entire value.  The grid will immediately be filtered to show only the matching values.
  5. To save the new layout click on the View drop down and select "Save Layout".

 

To discard unsaved changes to the grid, simply refresh the browser page.  To discard saved changes, click View→Reset Layout.
